Personal Data Processing Policy

The personal data operator is LLC «BALTTERMINALSTROY» (OGRN 1147847163254, INN 7811580098, KPP 781601001), email bts@btstroi.ru, phone +7 (931) 210-60-52.

The policy applies to all personal data the operator receives through btstroi.ru and its English version.

Data you enter in the enquiry form: full name; email address; phone number (optional); the text of your message.

Technical data your browser sends automatically: IP address, browser and device type, page address, date and time of the request. It is recorded in hosting logs and used only to run and protect the site.

We do not collect special categories of personal data or biometric data.

Replying to enquiries and questions sent through the site.

Preparing commercial proposals and discussing projects at the visitor's request.

Operating the site, keeping it secure and protecting it from spam.

Analysing visits to improve the site — with Yandex Metrica and only if you agree in the cookie banner.

Form data is processed on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box in the form. The consent text is published on the “Consent to personal data processing” page.

Technical data is processed to operate the site and keep it secure.

We collect, record, organise, store, update, use, transfer (provide access) to the processors listed below, anonymise, block, delete and destroy personal data, with and without automation.

An enquiry from the site is delivered to and stored in the operator's corporate mailbox. We do not make decisions with legal effects based solely on automated processing, and we do not sell data or share it with third parties for advertising.

To run the site, the operator uses third-party services that process data on the operator's behalf:

• The site hosting provider — runs the site and processes technical request data and the content of an enquiry when it is sent.

• An email delivery service — delivers enquiries from the site to the operator's mailbox.

• REG.RU LLC (Russia) — mail hosting for the operator's corporate mailbox.

• Yandex LLC (Russia) — Yandex Webmaster and Yandex Metrica. Metrica collects anonymised visit statistics (page views, traffic sources, on-site actions including session replay — Webvisor) and loads only if you chose “Accept all” in the cookie banner.

Servers of the hosting provider and the email delivery service may be located outside Russia. By sending an enquiry and giving consent, you agree to cross-border transfer of data to the extent needed to deliver the enquiry.

Enquiry data is kept until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 3 years after your last contact, or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first. The data is then deleted.

Hosting logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.

You may request information about the processing of your data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or processed unlawfully, and withdraw your consent.

To do so, write to bts@btstroi.ru. We will reply within 10 working days of receiving your request.

You may also appeal to the Russian data protection authority (Roskomnadzor) or to a court.

The site works only over HTTPS. Enquiries are accessible only to the operator's staff who need them to reply. The form is protected against automated spam.
