Consent to Personal Data Processing

Freely, of my own will and in my own interest, I consent to the operator — LLC «BALTTERMINALSTROY» (OGRN 1147847163254, INN 7811580098, KPP 781601001), email bts@btstroi.ru, phone +7 (931) 210-60-52 — processing my personal data on the terms below.

Full name; email address; phone number; information I provide in the text of my enquiry.

Reviewing and replying to my enquiry, preparing a commercial proposal, discussing a project and otherwise contacting me about my enquiry.

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the processors listed in the Personal Data Processing Policy, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation.

I agree to cross-border transfer of data to the services listed in the Personal Data Processing Policy (the site hosting provider and the email delivery service) to the extent needed to deliver my enquiry to the operator.

This consent is valid until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 3 years after my last contact. I may withdraw it at any time by writing to bts@btstroi.ru. After withdrawal, the operator stops processing and destroys the data within 10 working days unless the law requires otherwise.
